Participant Waiver and Release Agreement for The Hunt

By participating in The Hunt, hosted by Lazyguys ("Organizer"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. By clicking "ACCEPT" below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this waiver and release agreement.

1. Voluntary Participation

You acknowledge that your participation in The Hunt is entirely voluntary and that you are participating at your own risk.

2. Assumption of Risk

You understand that The Hunt may involve physical activity, outdoor navigation, and visits to various locations, some of which may pose inherent risks, including but not limited to:

- Uneven terrain, wooded trails, or natural hazards at the final non-business location.

- Risks associated with travel, weather, and interactions with the public.

You accept and assume all risks associated with your participation, whether known or unknown.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Lazyguys, its employees, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and partners (collectively "Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation in The Hunt, including but not limited to:

- Personal injury, illness, or death.

- Damage to or loss of personal property.

- Any other harm or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Medical Considerations

You affirm that you are physically able to participate in The Hunt and that you will not participate if you have a medical condition that could be aggravated by physical activity. You are solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation.

5. Accessibility Disclaimer

You understand that the final location of The Hunt may not be accessible to individuals with limited mobility and agree to plan accordingly.

6. Compliance with Rules

You agree to follow all rules and instructions provided by the Organizer during The Hunt. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification without refund.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities brought against them as a result of your actions or failure to comply with the terms of this agreement.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.
